Ryne & Brittany. Married.

She woke up and lay still in her bed thinking to herself about all the events that were to transpire in a few short hours. Sitting up she puts her feet to the floor and glides into the living room. She looks around their new home, spins and knows that at the end of the…

Just Eric.

The alarm on my iPhone went off at 4:30am and I hit snooze until 4:47am. I jump out of bed, slip into my black skinny jeans, black polo shirt, black boots (scratch that, got rid of the boots..) I mean.. black ked like shoes and pray that I have a hair tie and a green…

Holly - I love these photos! And I love the story about waking up for the opening shift. All the small details you wrote about brought so many memories back! Pushing snooze until the last minute, the hope an apron and hair tie will find you along the way, and the tickets all over the floorboard of the car. ha :) It would be fun to see a video compiled of different routines for openers at SBUX and how many of them spend most mornings just like that one.

Shannon - These are fantastic photos of Eric. He looks great, as usual! ;-)

Angey.

If there was ever a sharp shooter. This girl is it. I remember the first time we ever shot together. I was the 3rd shooter and she asked me what my settings were and I had no idea what she even meant by that. Angey has always been ahead of the technical curve in regards to…

toni - Angey rocks my socks. Loved having her up here as a summer missionary when she was in her teens as her dad came up regularly to help Dean Nichols with revivals, etc! She was AWESOME then and is even more AWESOME now! <3

The Price Family

We, we go way back. Back to college, back to 2000. Angey was the girl that I, as a wall flower, used to watch cruise down the hall with her cool group of friends giggling while holding their books, Casey Chappell included, and think with my ever-changing hair colors and really bad choice of clothing,…

Dana - These are so sweet. I especially love the highchair shots! With the banana(?) poking out of mouth. These are the moments that are so strangely special to a mama… that you don’t wanna forget.

melissa pearce - I love these! Kristin, they are phenomenal. What a treasured friendship!

Veronique - where did you shoot this? love the location with the tower and tall, flowing grass! love 16 down…cullen’s expression there is priceless. made me laugh out loud! ALSO love how wide you went. you did an amazing job!

angey price - I didn’t wear long floral skirts!!! Oh, wait, when I sang in chapel… they made us wear ankle length skirts, and well, unfortunately, sometimes they were floral. Ha, the things that others remember… and I had blocked that one out! ;)
Cookie, I just fell in love w/ our pics all over again! Thank you for capturing our family and the love we share! I am soooooooo thankful to God for you and the friendship He has given us. Thank you for reminding me of so many sweet things that all happened to bring us to today and who/where we are. I wonder how many “None of us knew” statements there are to come- can’t wait to see what they are!!
*Wes’ dad gave me some of his old cameras over Christmas… they are so cool (one of them in particularly rad!!!)…the collection is growing, so we’ll have to play again :)

The Conger Family | twenty eleven |

School, games, soccer, music lessons, late night listening to ipods past bedtime, crushing on girls, crushing on boys. Texting, shopping, laughing, crying, sipping on coffee, wanting a trip to Ga and maybe even a gun. Will mom and dad say yes or will they say no?!  Their job is to mold and shape and to oneday step backwards…
