I love receiving packages in the mail. I remember my first year in college watching and waiting to receive a little slip in my mailbox notifying me that a package had arrived.
Yesterday I received a package in the mail. I was puzzled a bit. It wasn’t near my birthday and all the major holidays had passed. I thought, huh? I sat balled up in the over-sized chair in our living room, while my key-lime pie balanced itself on the arm of the chair and I began to tear into the package. I was surprised when I opened the envelope to find a ring box that was securely taped up.
